Wild Mountain sources their cacao beans from some of the best cacao-producing regions worldwide. The company has taken the time and effort to establish a supply chain that ensures that beans come from partners who share the same values of sustainable farming practices and produce quality organic beans.
Unlike other producers, we import premium quality raw beans from some of the best cacao-producing regions in the world. Each bean’s origin can be traced back to an organic, sustainable farm or Co-Operative. We then roast, winnow, grind, conche and temper our beans right here in Canada.
Our chocolate contains cacao and sugar. That’s it! (although our flavoured bars do contain some other natural ingredients)
Because of our high-quality ingredients, we don’t need anything else. The taste comes directly from the unique flavour profiles of beans from different regions and even the different farms in those regions.
As a result, our chocolate is not only delicious but naturally dairy-free, gluten-free and vegan. Give us a try, you won’t regret it!
