We love this so much! And the perfect treat to pack in lunches or for a healthier dessert – Vegan Twix Bars topped with creamy, dreamy #WildMountainChoclate!

Also, a great baking project to do with the kiddos! NOTE: You can modify the amount of maple syrup to suit your taste and desire for sweetness.⁠

INGREDIENTS ⁠
Crust: ⁠
1/2 cup flour (regular or your fave g-free) 1 cup almond flour ⁠
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted ⁠
4 TBSP maple syrup ⁠

Fold together all of the ingredients until blended. Press dough into a small loaf tin lined with parchment. Place in the freezer for 5 minutes. ⁠

Caramel Layer: ⁠
1/3 cup almond butter ⁠
4 TBSP maple syrup ⁠
2 TBSP coconut oil, melted ⁠
1/4 cup of your fave vanilla protein powder ⁠

Fold together all of the ingredients until smooth. Pour and spread over chilled dough. Return to the freezer for another five minutes. ⁠

Chocolate Layer: ⁠
One Wild Mountain Chocolate of your favourite flavour bar, roughly chopped ⁠
1 TBSP coconut oil or cacao butter (we sell it, too!) ⁠

Melt together until smooth. Pour over the other chilled layers and spread evenly. Return to the freezer for about 30 minutes. Slice into desired sections and enjoy!
